* WHEN...Until 700 AM PST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 525 PM PST, Gauge reports indicated rain and snowmelt.
Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor
flooding in the advisory area. Between 0.50 and 1.25" inches
of rain has fallen over the last few days.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.15 to 0.25 inches are
expected over the area through Tuesday below 3000 feet with
snow falling in the higher elevations.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Spokane, Spokane Valley, Coeur d'Alene, Lewiston, Post Falls,

.Light to moderate rain will fall overnight into Tuesday slowing
down receding flood waters. A small rise is expected with flows
remaining near minor flood stage of 9.2 feet.
For the Paradise Creek ...including Moscow...Minor flooding is
forecast through Tuesday afternoon then levels are expected to
recede.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of
record.
* WHERE...Paradise Creek at Moscow.
* WHEN...Until late tonight.
* IMPACTS...At 9.2 feet, Water will be out of the creek at the
intersection of Bridge Street and Hillcrest Drive and may also be
flowing into the intersection at this stage. Flooding near Damen
Street.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:45 PM PST Monday the stage was 8.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to remain near 9.0 feet
cresting near 9.2 feet overnight. It will then fall below
flood Tuesday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 9.2 feet.
- Paradise Creek reached a crest of 11.21 feet at 5AM on
February 24th, 2025.

Skokomish River At Potlatch affecting Mason County.
.Another round of rainfall is impacting the region which will keep
the river above flood stage through at least Wednesday.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Skokomish River at Potlatch.
* WHEN...Until Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 17.5 feet, the Skokomish River will cause moderate
flooding, with deep and quick flood waters inundating some
residential areas, many roads, and much of the farm land in the
Skokomish Valley. Inundated roads include the Skokomish Valley
road, Bourgault Road West, Purdy Cutoff Road, and Highway 106.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:15 PM PST Monday the stage was 16.7 feet.
- Flood stage is 16.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to start rising this
afternoon and crest around 17.7 feet late tomorrow morning.
It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday
afternoon.
