At 136 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Powellhurst-Centennial, or near Portland Downtown, moving east at 25
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Washougal, Portland, Gresham, Milwaukie, Camas, Troutdale,
Powellhurst-Centennial, Corbett, Hazelwood, Happy Valley, Fairview,
Wood Village, Mt Tabor, and Rockwood.
In Washington this includes State Route 14 between mile markers 13
and 20.
This includes the following highways in Oregon...
Interstate 205 between mile markers 16 and 21.
Interstate 84 near mile marker 6, and between mile markers 12 and
23.
U.S. Highway 26 east of Portland between mile markers 3 and 17.
