Counties, and Klamath Basin, including Keno, Klamath Falls,
Sprague River, Beatty, Bly, Dorris, Macdoel and Tennant. This
includes Highways 139, 140, 39, 97, 66, 31 and 395.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM PST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening
commutes.
