Will see additional snow and ice accumulation, especially within the Willamette Valley until around 10 AM. * WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around a light glaze. * WHERE...North Oregon Coast Range, North Oregon Coast Range Lowlands, and Outer Southeast Portland Metro. * WHEN...Until 10 AM PST this morning. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Significant ice accumulation on power lines and tree limbs may cause widespread and long-lasting power outages. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...While accumulations will be decreasing, due to below freezing temperatures and continued precipitation, freezing rain and snow remain a threat. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches. * WHERE...Portland Metro Lowlands, Greater Vancouver Metro, and Portland West Hills and Chehalem Mountain. * WHEN...Until 10 AM PST this morning. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Significant ice accumulation on power lines and tree limbs may cause widespread and long-lasting power outages. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional freezing rain accumulations possible until 9 AM.
