For the High Surf Advisory, large breaking waves of 18 to 23 feet in the surf zone. * WHERE...Central Coast zone. * WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Warning, from 5 AM to 2 PM PST Thursday. For the High Surf Advisory, until 10 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Significant coastal flooding due to high tides and storm surge is expected. This could lead to road closures. Low lying property including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure may be inundated. Shoreline erosion or damage may occur. For the high surf advisory, large waves may wash over beaches, jetties, and other structures unexpectedly.
