Special Weather Statement issued February 9 at 9:31PM PST by NWS Spokane WA
Patchy dense freezing fog has formed in central and southeast
Washington this evening with multiple reports of visibility as low
as one quarter of a mile. Satellite data and webcams indicate
some breaks in the fog, so be prepared for rapid fluctuations in
visibility over very short distances. Fog will continue to
impact I-90 around Ritzville, SR-26 between Othello and Dusty,
and US-12 near Alpowa Summit. Use extra caution, reduce speeds,
and allow extra travel time.
