A band of moderate snow will produce a quick half inch to an inch
of snow across the Moses Lake Area and Upper Columbia Basin
through 600 PM this evening. Snowfall rates of up to a half inch
per hour will be possible resulting in slippery travel conditions.
Impacts are expected along Interstate 90 and for commuter traffic
this evening. Reduce speeds and increase travel distance between
vehicles. Areas to be impacts include Othello, Moses Lake,
Ritzville, Quincy, Ephrata, Coulee City, Wilbur, and Davenport.
