Patchy dense freezing fog has been observed across north central Oregon as well as the Lower Columbia Basin of Oregon and the Blue Mountain Foothills. The visibility is less than one half mile in places. This includes Highway 11 near Weston, Interstate 84 between Pendleton and Hermiston and portions of Walla Walla.
