* WHAT...The heaviest rain has ended. However, small stream flooding
caused by excessive rainfall Sunday is expected to continue
tonight along with standing water covering roadways.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Oregon, including the following
counties, Coos and Douglas.
* WHEN...Until 545 AM PDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Small stream flooding, water over roadways as well as
possible land and rock slides.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 927 PM PDT, Excessive rainfall on Sunday continues to
cause small stream flooding, water on roadways and land and
rock slides. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
Water still may be over roadways and roads remain closed in
some areas.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.2 inches are expected
over the area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Roseburg, Coos Bay, Sutherlin, Reedsport, North Bend,
Winston, Coquille, Bandon, Myrtle Point, Lakeside, Drain,

agricultural flooding can be expected from the Gravelford area to
the confluence with the South Fork Coquille River. Log jams are
possible above the Copper Bridge which will have greater impacts
on this situation should they occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 PM PDT Sunday the stage was 36.7 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 29.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
