...OCCASSIONAL LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS EXPECTED THROUGH WEDNESDAY, MIXING WITH RAIN OR CHANGING TO ALL RAIN FOR ELEVATIONS BELOW 1000 FEET DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS... .A round of scattered snow showers are expected to lift from south to north over northwest Oregon and southwest Washington from the coast to the Cascades Wednesday morning between 4 AM and Noon, resulting in minor travel impacts in some areas below 1000 feet with more widespread travel impacts likely above 1000 feet. That said, some areas below 1000 feet will see very little to no snow accumulation at all due to the light and showery nature of this precipitation. Snow showers will transition to rain showers or a rain/snow mix Wednesday afternoon for elevations below 1000 feet as temperatures warm. Above 1000 feet, snow showers will linger through the day. * WHAT...Snow.
