* WHERE...The southern Oregon Cascades and Siskiyou Mountains.
This includes Highways 230 and 138 near Diamond Lake, Highway 62
south of Crater Lake, and Highway 140. Additionally, areas
around Mount Ashland are included. Portions of Klamath, Lake,
and Modoc counties, including Lakeview, Chemult, Chiloquin,
Valley Falls, Modoc Point, Davis Creek, the highway 97 corridor
between Klamath Falls and Crescent, highway 140 east of Bly,
highway 395 between Alturas and Alkali Lake, and highway 139
between Adin and Canby.

Malheur River Near Vale affecting Malheur County.
.Increased reservoir releases will cause the river flows to become
high. Expect minor flooding downstream from the dam.
For the Malheur River...including Vale...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and forecast to continue.
* WHERE...Malheur River near Vale.
* WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning.
* IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, The river will begin spilling over its
bank flooding farmland between Vale and Ontario. Water will begin
approaching low spots on Butte Drive. Water will approach the 36th
Street Bridge upstream from Ontario about 8 hours after flood
stage is exceeded near Vale.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:30 AM MDT Monday /2:30 AM PDT Monday/ the stage was 19.5
feet.
- Bankfull stage is 19.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to remain above flood stage
to a crest of 19.5 feet this morning. It will then fall below
flood stage late tonight.

For the Silvies River...including Burns...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Silvies River near Burns.
* WHEN...Until late Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Flooding of fields will occur in the Burns
area. Water will encroach on some private properties along North
Broadway Avenue, Foley Road, and Stancliff Road. Water will be
close to flowing on to Highway 20 at the Silvies River Bridge. Low
spots in the Burns RV Park may be impacted.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:00 AM PDT Monday the stage was 13.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.5 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
