NOAA Current Watches-WA
Special Weather Statement issued February 12 at 9:44PM PST by NWS Spokane WA
Fog and freezing fog will impact travel across the Spokane and
Coeur d'Alene area and the valleys over northeast Washington and
north Idaho, impacting Interstate 90 and US 95 and US 395. Some
locations that may be impacted include north and east Spokane,
Deer Park, and Colville. Cameras and surface observations were
showing visibilities down to a 1/4 mile in spots. Additionally,
the fog could be creating slick roadways with temperatures well
below freezing. Motorists should be prepared for slower travel
times, use low beams, and drive with caution.
