inches for locations below 3000 feet. For Spokane County, up to 1

be a concern early Friday morning.

As of 715 PM, patchy dense fog persists in the Yakima Valley and
lower Columbia Basin, roughly between Toppenish and Pasco along
I-82 and the surrounding area. Visibilities of a quarter to half a
