Grays River at Covered Bridge near Rosburg affecting Wahkiakum County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Grays River at Covered Bridge near Rosburg. * WHEN...Until late tonight. * IMPACTS...Above 30.5 feet, expect widespread lowland flooding and numerous flooded roads near Rosburg and Hwy 4.
