* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Most areas across southwest Washington and northwest Oregon. * WHEN...Until 415 PM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is expected overnight into Wednesday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 410 PM PST, Rain will increase this evening, with rain becoming heavy at times overnight. This will cause areas of urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
