Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 907 AM PST, Rain and snowmelt is causing minor flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen on top of heavy snowfall over the weekend. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area.
