Willamette Valley until around 10 AM.
* WHAT...Heavy wet snow. Additional snow accumulations up to two
inches.
* WHERE...Portland Metro Lowlands, Greater Vancouver Metro, and
Portland West Hills and Chehalem Mountain.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Significant ice accumulation on
power lines and tree limbs may cause widespread and long-lasting
power outages.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional freezing rain accumulations
possible until 9 AM. There is a 10% chance of ice accumulations of
