* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Malheur River near Vale.
* WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning.
* IMPACTS...At 20.5 feet, Flooding of some county roads near the
river will occur, including Westfall Road near Harper.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:30 AM MST Tuesday /12:30 AM PST Tuesday/ the stage was
20.3 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 19.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours

to fall below flood stage during the early morning hours Tuesday.
* WHAT...Paradise Creek was near 9 feet which is just below the
flood stage of 9.2 feet.
* WHERE...Paradise Creek at Moscow.
* WHEN...Until late tonight.
* IMPACTS...At 9.2 feet, Water will be out of the creek at the
intersection of Bridge Street and Hillcrest Drive and may also be
flowing into the intersection at this stage. Flooding near Damen
Street.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 PM PST Monday the stage was 9.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will hover near 9 feet through early
Tuesday morning. Paradise Creek will be slow to fall on
Tuesday, remaining between 8.5 feet and 9 feet before
receding Tuesday night through the remainder of the week.

will begin at the Lions Club Community Park and Hayton Greene
Park in Palouse. South River Road will likely be flooded where it
crosses the Palouse River at Wellesley Rd. The Potlatch softball
and baseball fields will see ponding of water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 PM PST Monday the stage was 15.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:45 PM PST Monday was 17.3 feet.
- Forecast...The Palouse River at Potlatch will fall below
flood stage around midnight and will likely fall below the
Action Stage of 14 feet by 4 AM.

Skokomish River At Potlatch affecting Mason County.
.Another round of rainfall is impacting the region which will keep
the river above flood stage through at least Wednesday.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Skokomish River at Potlatch.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 17.5 feet, the Skokomish River will cause moderate
flooding, with deep and quick flood waters inundating some
residential areas, many roads, and much of the farm land in the
Skokomish Valley. Inundated roads include the Skokomish Valley
road, Bourgault Road West, Purdy Cutoff Road, and Highway 106.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 PM PST Monday the stage was 16.8 feet.
- Flood stage is 16.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.7
feet late Tuesday morning.
