conditions especially over the Cascade Passes. Check pass
conditions on the WSDOT Mountain Pass website before traveling
over Stevens and Blewett Passes Sunday and Monday. Strong winds
could cause damage to trees and isolated power outages.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates of one inch per hour or more
will likely occur from Sunday evening through the early morning
