mph.
* WHERE...Upper Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades Crest.

the high central Cascades in Klamath, Jackson and Douglas
Counties., heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6
and 15 inches. South winds 40 to 50 mph with gusts up to 70 mph.
* WHERE...The south central Oregon Cascades, including Crater Lake,
Diamond Lake, and portions of Highway 62, 138, and 230.
* WHEN...For the first Winter Storm Warning, until 10 PM PST this
evening. For the second Winter Storm Warning, from 4 PM Tuesday to
4 PM PST Wednesday.
