rainfall is expected.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Ponding of water on highways, and in urban or other low-lying
areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1043 PM PST, the public reported heavy rain in the
advisory area. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor
flooding in the advisory area.

.Minor flooding is occuring along the Skokomish River. The river
will recede below flood stage Tuesday. Rounds of precipitation in
the coming days will lead to additional flooding.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Skokomish River at Potlatch.
* WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 16.5 feet, the Skokomish River will cause widespread
flooding of pasture lands, with water flowing quickly over West
Bourgault Road and Skokomish Valley Road.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 PM PST Monday the stage was 16.9 feet.
- Flood stage is 16.5 feet.
