* WHAT...Snow expected above 4000 feet. Additional snow
accumulations between 4 and 7 inches. Local winds gusting as high
as 35 mph will cause blowing and drifting of snow.
* WHERE...In Oregon, Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon. In
Washington, Northwest Blue Mountains.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine with low
visibilities to create difficult driving conditions. Strong winds
could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional snowfall accumulations for I-84
along the Blue Mountains, including Meacham, are only expected to
be around 2 to 5 inches.

includes Highways 138 and 230 near Diamond Lake, Highway 62 near
Crater Lake, Highway 140 near Lake of the Woods and Highway 58 at
Willamette Pass and the Mt Ashland Ski Road up to the resort.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
