One across southeastern Spokane and northeastern Whitman counties moving toward Highway 95 in Idaho and an area around Liberty Lake and Post Falls moving east. Locations impacted include... Spokane Valley, Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum, Dalton Gardens, Liberty Lake, Plummer, Hauser, Harrison, Otis Orchards-East Farms, Parkline, Otis Orchards, Green Acres, Tekoa, Fairfield, Rockford, Worley, Latah, and Fernan Lake Village.
