At 1111 AM PST, 2 areas of moderate to heavy snow was seen. One
across southeastern Spokane and northeastern Whitman counties moving
toward Highway 95 in Idaho and an area around Liberty Lake and Post
Falls moving east.
Locations impacted include...
Spokane Valley, Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum, Dalton
Gardens, Liberty Lake, Plummer, Hauser, Harrison, Otis Orchards-East
Farms, Parkline, Otis Orchards, Green Acres, Tekoa, Fairfield,
Rockford, Worley, Latah, and Fernan Lake Village.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 90 in Washington between mile markers 294 and 299.
Interstate 90 in Idaho between mile markers 0 and 25.
U.S. Highway 95 in Idaho between mile markers 367 and 433.
Visibilities will drop quickly to less than a half mile in this area
of heavy snow.
