* WHAT...Snow and areas of blowing snow expected. Additional snow
accumulation of up to 1 inch in the Upper Treasure and Magic
Valleys including the Boise metro, with an additional 1 to 3
inches in the Lower Treasure Valley. There is a chance of freezing
rain in the Treasure Valley and Western Magic Valley late tonight
through Friday morning. An additional 3 to 6 inches possible in
the mountains and Camas Prairie, and across northern Malheur and
Harney Counties. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph causing areas of
blowing and drifting snow.
* WHERE...Portions of south central, southwest, and west central
Idaho and northeast and southeast Oregon.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM MST /10 AM PST/ Friday.
* IMPACTS...Snow covered roads causing slick conditions combined
